Nearly every year, property managers submit Above Guidelines Increases (AGIs) to the Landlord and Tenant Board. AGI requests must follow strict guidelines. The HPTA carefully reviews these applications for accuracy and merit and represents High Park tenants at settlement conferences and hearings.
